Setup
Activating your Adjacent addon license
If you have a Founder or Founder V2 license your client will auto activate the addon. If you don't have an Adjacent addon license, you can purchase one on our store: https://dashboard.backdoor.io/store/products
Important Notice Regarding Addon License Binding
Standalone V6 Key Binding: Once an addon license is activated and bound to a standalone V6 key, it cannot be unbound or transferred to another key. This binding is permanent and irreversible. Account Binding: Addon licenses are permanently locked to the account under which they were purchased. These licenses cannot be unbound, transferred, or moved to a different dashboard account. No Transfer or Unbinding: Due to these permanent binding restrictions, addon licenses cannot be reassigned, transferred, or made available for use with different keys or accounts once initially activated.
Click on Activate and a modal will pop up to enter your addon license.
Enter your Adjacent addon license key which can be found via your dashboard.
Activation and Reactivation Process
Upon successful validation, Adjacent will be permanently bound to your V6 key and will automatically validate each time you launch the client.
Moving to a New Computer: If you need to use Adjacent on a different computer or reactivate your existing setup (same V6 key), simply enter the same addon license key again. The system will recognize the existing V6/Adjacent keypair and restore your activation.
No Additional Steps Required: Since your addon license remains bound to your V6 key, you can reactivate on any computer by using the same license key you used initially. The binding between your V6 key and Adjacent license is maintained automatically.
Usage
You can view your default Adjacent preferences under Adjacent in the side menu.

To set default preferences for specific events, use your browser's Save Defaults (Event)button. This allows you to create or edit a default Adjacent preference for that event, ensuring these settings are applied when you open the checkout browser on other tasks.
If you need to override the default Adjacent preference for all events, use the Save Defaults (All) button.
Known Constraints
Mobile
Adjacent is not supported when in mobile view. If your browser is too narrow and the seat map switches to a sideways layout. You are in mobile view when you see Switch to Map or Switch to List buttons to change views. To prevent this from happening, within settings try setting your default browser width to around 1600px to return to desktop view.
Customizable Options Per Seat
Adjacent is not supported when multiple customizable options are available per seat.
