Logging
We log client crashes, exceptions, and module errors to understand and pinpoint exactly any issues we may encounter. This allows for a faster turn-around for bug fixes and module patches.
Personal Identifiable Information
Some data we collect can be considered PII (personal identifiable information).
To keep our transparency, each metric or log may be associated with an:
IP address
License key
Email address
Phone number
Opting Out
We respect your privacy and understand if you're not interested in metrics, currently at this time all users are opted in (for everyone's benefit), if you don't agree with what's being collected/logged please open a ticket and we can discuss further.
We plan on making certain metrics opt-in in the near future and will remove as much PII (personally identifiable information) as we can. However, you will lose access to those metrics.
Currently at this time, by using our software you understand and consent to metrics and logs that are currently being collected.
Fraud Prevention
We may also use metrics and logs to win disputes against our company.
